Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
• Maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations and complete required trainings.
• Communicate openly with colleagues, physicians, patients and families.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 4045 Johns Creek Parkway Suwanee, GA

Schedule: Monday-Friday with two later evenings per week.

Compensation:starting at $78,000 annual base; commensurate with experience

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
