St. Joseph's Medical Center in Stockton, part of Dignity Health, seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop tailored treatment plans, and set achievable goals for rehabilitation.
You will communicate patient progress and discharge recommendations to the interdisciplinary team, supervise technicians and assistants, and provide care to acutely ill patients spanning pediatric to geriatric populations in this acute care setting, emphasizing safety, ethics, and compassionate care.
As our Physical Therapist, you will perform patient evaluations, develop treatment plans and set goals for treatment.
Every day you will communicate the patients progress and discharge recommendations to the interdisciplinary team.
To be successful in this role, you will oversee the provision of service by technicians and assistants as required. This position requires providing care/service to an acutely ill through rehabilitating pediatric through geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional and/or developmental age of the individual served.
