Sonder Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team of clinicians delivering exceptional patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes. You’ll conduct initial patient visits with comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise PTAs, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current BCLS/CPR certification.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to pass background check and screenings.
