Job summary

Arete Health LLC in Stafford, Virginia, seeks a Physical Therapist for ProFlex at the Aquia location. You will help patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and return to meaningful activities in an outpatient setting, collaborating with the Clinic Director and clinical team.

This onsite role requires a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a current Virginia license, CPR/BLS, and strong communication, clinical reasoning, and time-management skills.

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Virginia, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions using evidence-based physical therapy practices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans reflecting patient goals, progress, and functional needs.
• Educate patients on recovery and empower active participation in care.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director and clinicians to deliver a consistent patient experience.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain timely clinical documentation.

ProFlex Physical Therapy, powered by Areté Health, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Aquia location in Stafford, VA.

You'll help patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Working alongside our Clinic Director and clinical team, you'll provide individualized care in an outpatient setting where building patient relationships, exercising clinical judgment, and delivering quality outcomes are at the heart of what we do.

What you'll want to know

• Compensation : $85,000-105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, plus applicable incentives.


• Schedule : Full-time, with scheduling flexibility based on clinic and team needs.


• Location : ProFlex Physical Therapy - Aquia. This is an onsite clinical position.


• Work environment: Outpatient physical therapy clinic treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. You'll collaborate with the Clinic Director and clinical team to provide individualized care, with access to mentorship and clinical support.

What we're looking for:

Required

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Preferred

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, particularly Prompt EMR.
