ARC Physical Therapy+ in Springfield, MO is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and guide patients through their recovery journey.

You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure effective therapy and documentation, while benefiting from mentorship and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active license in Missouri or Kansas and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR, databases and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation.
• Review physician referral and patient records to determine required PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Manage patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Create a written plan of care, goals, and a comprehensive program.
• Implement treatment program and deliver essential PT treatments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, colleagues, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation including notes, reports, and discharge summaries.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy+ in Springfield Missouri. As a vital member of our clinic, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Kansas or Missouri license and CPR certification
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office

• Monday - Friday scheduling (8:00 AM- 5:00PM)
