ARC Physical Therapy+ seeks a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team and deliver high-quality care to patients across Kansas and Missouri. You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based treatment, ensuring patient outcomes in a collaborative clinic environment.

New grads are welcome; you will receive mentorship through the IGNITE program, and the role includes substantial CE funding, a strong 401(k) with match, and a supportive culture prioritizing autonomy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills and knowledge of EMR, database software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician's referral and patient records to determine PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Oversee care performed by assistants and rehab technicians.
• Complete a written plan of care and develop goals and programs.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy +. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Missouri license and CPR certification
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
