Job summary

NHC Somerville is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join their in-house therapy team that prioritizes quality care. The interdisciplinary team develops individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques to maximize functional outcomes for patients.

The successful candidate will be flexible, a team player, reliable, and hold a Tennessee PT license with an APTA-accredited degree (BS/MS/DPT). Prior SNF experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
• Must have Tennessee PT license.
