Job summary

NHC Somerville in Somerville, TN is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will provide PT services to patients in an interdisciplinary environment using evidence-based treatment techniques to maximize functional outcomes.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Tennessee, has a degree from an APTA-accredited program (BS/MS/DPT), and brings team spirit, reliability, and a positive attitude. Experience in SNF settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible, a team player, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
• Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited BS, MS, or DPT level course in Physical Therapy.
• Must have Tennessee Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Prior SNF experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to patients in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with therapists to evaluate progress and adjust goals.
