Snoqualmie Valley Health in Snoqualmie, WA, is hiring a licensed physical therapist for full-time (and per diem) opportunities with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will plan, implement, and evaluate PT services aligned with the total care plan.
You’ll work one-on-one with patients, develop individualized therapy plans, assess ROM, gait, balance, and functional activity, and coordinate with the care team. A WA PT license and a Master’s or Bachelors in Physical Therapy are required.

Position Summary
Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating physical therapy services for patients in concert with the total care plan. Provide quality care to attain patient’s optimal functional level. Work directly with patients on a one-on-one basis during every visit. With our one-on-one treatment model, you will never be double booked, allowing you to provide quality care while building lasting relationships with your patients. 1:1 care for sessions, without double booking.

Qualifications
Education/Training: Master’s or bachelor’s degree or a graduate of an accredited physical therapy school as approved by the American Physical Therapy Association in collaboration with the Council on Medical Education or the American Medical Association. License/Certification: Current license to practice physical therapy in Washington State.
Experience
One year experience.
Skills
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
