Trinity Rehab in Shrewsbury, NJ is seeking a licensed physical therapist for outpatient orthopedic care. You’ll work with a patient-first team, focusing on functional outcomes and autonomy in clinical decisions.

The role offers a pay range of 85,000 - 120,000 USD per year, plus a sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement for new grads, performance-based bonuses, flexible PTO, and a 401(k) with employer contribution. Growth paths and mentorship are highlighted in our Clinical Ladder.
