Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist responsible for delivering physical therapy services within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring appropriate care and treatment.

• Plan and administer prescribed skilled physical therapy treatments to improve patients' physical functions.
• Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to develop, implement, and revise treatment plans.
• Develop and adjust rehabilitation programs to meet patient goals and maximize results.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the American Physical Therapy Association)
• PT Licensure in the state of practice
• Current CPR Certification
• Preferred: One year's experience in hospital or home health settings.
