Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with movement dysfunction and pain. You will conduct assessments, establish and adjust care plans with patients and families, and deliver education to patients, families, and staff while ensuring continuity of care through discharge planning.

• Able to stand, lift, and move patients and equipment.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
