Job summary

People Well Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Los Altos, CA to evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based therapy focused on mobility, gait, balance, and functional training.

You will collaborate with physicians and rehab staff, monitor progress, document precisely, and educate patients and families on home programs. CA license and BLS/CPR required.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active CA Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the employer.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
