Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in San Francisco, CA. The Physical Therapist will provide patient care focused on rehabilitation and recovery, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, supervising patient progress, and delivering therapies tailored to individual needs. Additionally, the Physical Therapist will educate patients on home care approaches to facilitate sustained healing and improved mobility.
