Job summary

Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation in Royse City, TX is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team as a FLOAT position. The role will begin as a full-time float across neighboring clinics, with the potential to settle in one location as needed, and includes a quarterly bonus.

Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80. Responsibilities include initial and ongoing patient assessments, documentation in Therapy Source, data interpretation, and promoting continuous quality

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Patient Case Load Average: 10-12
• Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Promoting continuous quality improvement
• Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Compensation Depends Upon Candidate’s Years Of Experience

Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation in Royse City is looking to add a orthopedic Physical Therapist to our growing team of 6 full time therapists. This position will start out as a full time float position between neighboring clinics transitioning to full time in one location as needed. There is a Quarterly Bonus associated with this float role.

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment

• Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
