HOPCo is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient team in Florida. The role focuses on evidence-based evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, with collaboration across physicians and therapists to optimize patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a DPT, active licensure, and strong manual therapy and exercise skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload in a patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage a full caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions using evidence-based techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in EMR systems.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, post-operative care, and home exercise programs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical improvement initiatives.
