Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and treatment needs through comprehensive assessments
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans and goals
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the state of South Carolina
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitative physical therapy preferred
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
