Peak Performance Sports and Physical Therapy in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a clinician-led team. You will practice patient-first, relationship-driven care, evaluate and treat patients, and collaborate within a supportive clinic that values mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with individualized, evidence-based plans of care.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence‑based plans of care
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one‑on‑one care
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team‑oriented environment

• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate
