Job summary

Peak Performance Sports and Physical Therapy is seeking a full‑time Clinic Director Physical Therapist in North Raleigh, NC. The role leads a clinician‑led team, maintains patient‑centered care, and supports staff development while upholding our four core values.

You’ll manage patient flows, mentor clinicians, and collaborate with the team to sustain high‑quality outcomes and meaningful patient relationships in a busy practice.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Your day is designed around patient‑first, relationship‑driven care—not volume for volume’s sake.

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence‑based plans of care
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one‑on‑one care
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team‑oriented environment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long‑term outcomes
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate

• Licensed (or license‑eligible) Physical Therapist

Physical Requirements
