Rock Canyon Respiratory and Rehabilitation Center in Pueblo, CO seeks a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. The role offers a stable team environment and opportunities to contribute to geriatric client recovery with a comprehensive plan of care.

Eligibility includes a valid Physical Therapist license; new graduates are welcome and can grow with our CAPLICO values in a supportive setting and dedicated patient care focus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients and families regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST – FULL TIME – ROCK CANYON RESPIRATORY AND REHABILITATION CENTER–PUEBLO, CO

Rock Canyon Respiratory and Rehabilitation Center in Pueblo, CO, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!

Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay :$45 - $51 /hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications:
