Job summary

Pappas OPT Physical and Hand Therapy in Woonsocket, RI seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient care. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and document outcomes to track progress in a high‑quality, collaborative setting.

In this role you’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, use evidence‑based practices, and pursue professional growth through mentorship, residency and board‑certification support.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

• Review patients’ medical history
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.
