In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. You’llcollaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based, patient-centered care whilemaintainingstrong clinical and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients‘ medical history


• Diagnosing patients byobservingtheir movements and listening to their concerns


• Developing individualized treatment plans for patientswith clear goals and expected outcomes


• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury


• Recording patient progress andmodifyingthe plan of care as needed
