Job summary

Heritage Manor Care in Post Falls, Idaho is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality patient care in post-acute settings. You will screen, evaluate and treat patients, develop treatment plans, set goals, educate families, and document progress, while guiding therapist assistants to ensure excellent outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent (Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy) and current state licensure, along with CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides, directs and supervises all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation in order to assure the best outcome for the patient.
• Directs and supervises the work of therapist assistants.
• Develops treatment plan and provides treatment consistent with benefits and reimbursement levels.
• Documents notes, summaries, reports, etc.
