Job summary

Oregon Counselors Directory seeks an experienced Licensed Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary Portland practice as a part-time contractor. This equipment-light, collaborative space prioritizes whole-person care.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, movement-based approaches, design individualized plans, collaborate with other wellness practitioners, and maintain clear documentation while communicating progress with patients and the team.

Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in equipment-light, non-traditional settings.
• Strong manual therapy and functional movement assessment skills.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with other wellness practitioners.
• Excellent communication and patient rapport.
• Paneled with major insurance carriers preferred.

We're looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team of healers in a warm, collaborative practice space.

What you'll do

• Design individualized treatment plans that don't rely on large equipment
• Collaborate with other practitioners on our interdisciplinary team to support whole-person care
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with patients and team members

Education and licensure

• We are a heavily insurance-based practice. Providers who are already paneled & credentialed with major insurance carriers are strongly preferred.
