Job summary

PRO-PT Physical Therapy in Merced, CA is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. We offer mentorship, professional development, and a path to growth in patient care.

We provide a competitive annual salary of $90,000–$115,000 plus a sign-on bonus up to $30,000, along with performance-based incentives and flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Graduate or upcoming graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or Pending California Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain before providing patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care that gets results.
• Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and empower patients through education and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and referring providers to deliver the Second-to-None experience that PRO-PT is known for.
• Build meaningful patient relationships while maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Expand your expertise through continuing education, professional development, and team collaboration.
