Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Martin Health, seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver inpatient therapy and guide patients on their rehabilitation journeys. You’ll work with a supportive team in well-equipped gyms and benefit from comprehensive professional growth opportunities.

As part of a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation leader, you’ll participate in patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and contribute to excellent patient

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient field experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
