Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. You will provide direct inpatient physical therapy, work with a collaborative team, and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey with compassionate care.

You will assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families, celebrating progress at every step.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
