Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy, a leading in-home tech-enabled physical therapy platform, is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide one-on-one outpatient care in patients' homes. You will set your own availability and Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a 30-minute drive on average.

You will document care in the Luna app in 3-5 minutes, treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments, and earn per-visit pay with potential to increase earnings by adding visits.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
