Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver in-home outpatient care, following each patient’s plan of care. You can set your own hours and Luna pairs you with nearby clients, minimizing commute time and enhancing work-life balance.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
