Endeavor Health in Plainfield, IL is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic-focused team. The role offers 20 hours per week with hours Monday & Wednesdays 11am–7pm and Friday 12–4pm, with some flexibility.

While our primary population of patients is orthopedic physical therapy, we also offer Occupational and Speech services. We offer specialties in hand, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, pediatrics, and lymphedema.**What you will do:**Provides direct physical therapy services to patients. Demonstrates an appropriate level of clinical skill, as evidenced by the completion of comprehensive and insightful evaluations, and the development of individualized and effective treatment plans designed to achieve precise, functional goals. Evaluates patient’s physical and functional status and plans and implements therapeutic programs that include prevention, identification, correction and alleviation of acute or prolonged movement dysfunction of an anatomic or physiologic origin. Uses excellent communication skills to educate patients and engage them in their own care. Stays updated regarding developments, new techniques, and equipment in the field of physical therapy. Maintains a well-rounded knowledge base, and clinical reasoning skills to consistently achieve expected clinical outcomes. **What you will need:*** Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy* Preferred: Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy* Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure* A valid driver’s license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an offsite location.
