Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Promote and assist patients in a progression of care to achieve optimum patient involvement and independent maintenance of their needs in the least restrictive environment.
• Ensure quality and safe delivery of rehabilitation services.
• Ensure that physical therapy services are provided in accordance with Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations to support the mission of the Agency.

Qualifications:

About You:

• You are a graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant Program curriculum accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
