Job summary

OrthoArizona in Peoria, AZ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a renowned orthopedic team. You will create personalized treatment plans, guide patients of all ages, and help restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.

You will supervise PT Assistants and technicians, collaborate with physicians and athletic trainers, and participate in a robust continuing education program, mentoring new graduates and contributing to our high‑performing, patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Valid Arizona state licensure as a physical therapist.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated outpatient care.
• Assist patients in recovering movement, reducing pain, and restoring function using PT techniques.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapy Techs, Trainers, and Aides.
• Develop skills through a generous continuing education program that supports certification and credentialing.

What to Expect

Pay: $80,000 - $130,000 based on experience.

Potential sign on bonus

Schedule: Monday through Friday.
