Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Egg Harbor Township, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist in Outpatient Orthopedics to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will evaluate, treat, direct and document patient care, collaborate with orthopedic physicians, and participate in ongoing training through our mentorship and CEU programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family and payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical training and compliance requirements.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Egg Harbor Township, NJ

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. No Weekends!

Compensation: Salary range $80,000-$95,000 annually based on your experience.

Incentives: $10,000 Sign on Bonus, plus $350 per month in student loan assistance

Unique Location/Job Details: Multiple therapist outpatient orthopedic center that sees a diverse patient mix from pediatrics to geriatrics. Work closely with referring orthopedic physicians at the Rothman Institute.
