Job summary

Realhab Inc. Physical Therapy in Parrish, Florida, is seeking a passionate, licensed Physical Therapist to join a State-of-the-Art Rehabilitation center.

We offer competitive starting pay with quarterly bonuses, PTO, and healthcare benefits, with two full-time positions available.

Responsibilities include patient mobility work, daily PT notes, scheduling, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines, with a Monday–Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid FL PT license.
• Professional demeanor and patient-focused care.
• Able to work Monday–Saturday.
• Ability to provide cost-effective treatments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily PT notes and flow sheets.
• Provide DME/HME services.
• Schedule patients and manage clinical flow.
• Supervise PTAs and delegations as appropriate.
• Follow state and federal HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness.

Realhab, Inc. and Aquatic Center has recently opened a State of the Art Facility in Parrish, Florida. Offering their patients a comprehensive rehabilitation physical therapy center, a full fitness gym and an Aquatic indoor pool.

• Must have a valid State of FL. license to practice


• Must have utmost professionalism


• Must encourage patient(s) as patient(s) are being treated, to assist with optimal functioning.


• Must provide Realhab cost-effective treatments that advance patients Mobility and motion.


• Must consult and use guidelines according to the practice procedures.


• Must be available to work Monday-Saturday
