Job summary

Kadima at Campbelltown is an energetic and passionate team-oriented Physical Therapist position in a supportive care environment. We strive to offer quality care to residents while addressing their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.

The role includes screening and treating residents, documenting progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team within a facility. A PA state license and an APTA-approved PT program are required. EOE.

Qualifications

• PA licensure required.
• Graduate of an APTA approved Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Optimizes patients' physical abilities in facilities by assisting in screening protocols.
• Implements treatment for all assigned patients.
• Delivers treatment to achieve identified objectives according to the established treatment plan.
• Documents progress toward objectives and communicates patient status to patients and families.
• Expands and enhances clinical and management skills through interaction with managers and staff.
• Maintains administration by submitting billing and documentation accurately and timely; updates records and reports progress.
• Complies with infection control procedures and safety protocols; embraces interdisciplinary care.

Job Responsibilities

• Optimizes physical abilities and skills of patients in facilities by: assisting in protocols of screening
• Implementing treatment for all assigned patients
• Delivering treatment to achieve identified objectives according to the established treatment plan
• Accurately documenting progress toward objectives and communicating patient status and needs to the patient, the patient's family
• Expanding and enhancing clinical expertise, professional and management skills through interaction with managers and other professional staff
• Maintain administration requirements by: submitting billing, documentation in an accurate and timely manner, assisting in collection of statistics and updating records; informing appropriate staff and managers of patient progress and facility issues; and contributing to facility rehab goals and plans.
• Comply with infection control procedures and environment safety protocol within a facility. Must embrace the team concept and interdisciplinary care

Education and Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania state license
• Graduate of a APTA approved school for Physical Therapy
