COAST Physical Therapy Specialists in Oxnard, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our mentorship-focused outpatient clinic focused on manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation.

With over 120 years of combined experience, we provide 60‑minute evaluations, 30‑minute follow-ups, and 100% one‑on‑one care to develop advanced clinical reasoning and hands‑on skills. Our culture emphasizes quality over volume.

Qualifications

• DPT degree is required or in progress.
• Eligible for California Physical Therapy License.
• Strong interest in manual therapy and evidence-based practice.
• Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Manage a primarily orthopedic patient population including post-surgical, trauma, and sports injuries.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Participate in mentorship, case discussions, and continued clinical learning.
• Possible opportunities to treat neurological, vestibular, fall prevention, and pelvic floor patients.

Compensation

Salary range: $94,000 – $118,000 DOE, with performance and loyalty bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or pending completion


• Eligible for or currently holding a California Physical Therapy License


• Strong interest in manual therapy and evidence-based clinical reasoning


• Passion for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation


• Eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
