A team physical therapist with a focus on providing high quality physical therapy to our clients through manual therapy, corrective exercise and other clinical technology, equipment, services to create great patient outcomes that result in patient getting back their ability to actively love their life. Utilize the extended 1 on 1 time with your patients to maximize your treatment and patient education to create long term clients and create career growth for you and the business through our transparent career path from team therapist to potential partnership.

We are an established Pro-Active Physical Therapist owned Private Practice, specializing in Orthopedics, FYZICAL Balance and Vestibular Rehab Center, Woman’s / Pelvic Health, Industrial & Employment services and Integrated Wellness. We are about a mile from the beach in the beautiful beach town of Ventura, CA. Our Mission is to empower people to actively love their life, including our team. Compensation

$85,000 - $100,000

Qualifications
  • Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • A current CA physical therapy license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional one-on-one care, helping clients achieve their goals and inspiring wellness.
  • Maintain high productivity and effective administrative systems to support the company’s mission.
  • Ensure Aides meet care standards for client interactions and administrative tasks.
  • Supervise clinical care and collaborate with Team PTAs to ensure excellent client relationships.
  • Optimize fiscal responsibility through timely documentation and accurate billing.
  • Mentor team members and students to enhance clinical and administrative skills.
  • Communicate the full range of clinical services to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director for smooth clinical and administrative processes.
  • Assist in training team members and leading clinical learning sessions.
  • Support all clients, contributing to team success even if not the primary therapist.
  • Work with the CEO and Executive Team on clinical programs and community outreach.
  • Participate in marketing efforts and represent the clinic positively in the community.
  • Pursue ongoing growth in clinical, business, and marketing knowledge.
  • Actively engage in meetings and follow through on actions.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within the client population.
