Job summary

Usphysicaltherapy2 in Oregon City is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team. You will lead patient care initiatives, evaluate conditions, develop comprehensive treatment plans, perform detailed assessments, and document progress using EMR systems.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Current Oregon State Physical Therapy license.
  • CPR certification.
  • APTA certification preferred.
  • Proven clinical experience in physical therapy.
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with insurance documentation and billing procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Responsibilities
