Job summary

Providence is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform PT evaluations, develop treatment plans with goals, and deliver therapies as directed by a health care practitioner. The role includes equipment needs assessment, discharge activities, and maintaining a positive image with patients, families and staff.

Required are a PT degree (Bachelor's or higher) and Washington state PT license, with CPR/BLS certification on hire. Preferred is experience in pediatrics, orthopedics, neuro, or related fields.

• Professional certification in CPR/BLS at hire.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or
• D.P.T. in Physical Therapy
• Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 months experience in either pediatrics, acute, orthopedics, neuro or lymphedema

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
