Job summary

Muskogee, OK-based Physical Therapist position at Lancesoft INC. Full-Time | Direct Hire, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Compensation $39.78–$59.68/hour plus $15,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance. This role emphasizes high-quality clinical care and productive patient caseload management.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility (Temporary Letter of Authorization accepted).
• 0–6 months of related experience (new graduates welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Initiate, administer, and progress therapy treatments based on patient needs.
• Set functional goals and modify treatment plans as progress is achieved.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including daily patient charges.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Delegate tasks to support staff (e.g., PTAs) as appropriate.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and onboarding of new staff or students.
• Maintain clinical knowledge through continuing education and in-service participation.
