The role you’ll contribute:

The Physical Therapist performs physical therapy interventions, including evaluation and development of care plans for patients according to standards set by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). The role involves facilitating functional progress and discharge planning for medically complex patients while maintaining departmental productivity standards.

• Exhibits clinical accuracy in patient evaluations and re-evaluations, interpreting results within scope of licensure.
• Performs accurate chart reviews and data collection.
• Collaborates effectively with medical professionals and interdisciplinary team members regarding patient history and needs.
• Demonstrates knowledge of complex diagnoses, lab and radiology results, and contraindications/precautions.
• Develops and implements patient treatment programs across diverse caseloads, including orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and other populations.
