Job summary

SSM Health Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and provide high-quality patient care in outpatient settings. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient education, and collaboration with physicians.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, current state licensure, CPR certification, and a commitment to positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• CPR certification is required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans.
• Delegates and directs all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
• Designs functional treatment programs enabling return to community activities.
• Educates patients, families, students, coworkers and self.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care and program delivery.

• Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline specific therapy services and design of program delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
