Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care to residents in a welcoming, on-site rehab setting.

You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, administer treatments, and participate in discharge planning while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position offers specialized on-site training during paid hours, potential CEU eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package typical for a nonprofit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility to practice.
• Experience in skilled nursing or outpatient rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and related duties.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)

Pay Range

$42.50 - $65.00 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
