Adept Nursing & Rehab of North Platte is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and plan care for residents, supervise PT assistants, and ensure high-quality therapies. You will document progress and maintain HIPAA compliance while aligning with facility standards.

The role emphasizes effective treatment, patient education, and consistent scheduling to achieve residents’ goals in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license.
• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and ensures the patient’s plan of care.
• Oversees Physical Therapy Assistants providing guidance, discussing progress, and monitoring clinical interventions/skills.
• Provides skilled services and interventions using various techniques needed to achieve patients’ goals.
• Follows all regulations and guidelines of the facility including compliance with confidentiality and HIPPA.
• Adheres to discussed scheduled hours.
• Provides skilled documentation of patient’s condition, and provides caregiver/patient education, progress, and need for services.
• Ensures safe treatment practices and monitors patients’ engagement and responses to treatment and modify as necessary.
