PHYSICAL THERAPIST OPPORTUNITY AT IORTHO

We are currently seeking qualified, licensed Physical Therapists dedicated to furthering their career & skill set and providing quality patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting. PT staff will be working in a modernized facility, equipped with state of the art fitness & rehabilitation equipment including Aqua Therapy.

iOrtho specializes in outpatient orthopedics with an emphasis on sports medicine, spine, pain management and physical therapy practice. We create a personalized care plan for each of our patient’s condition or injury. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition with symptoms and review their medical history including referrals from doctors or surgeons
• Evaluate, Diagnose and develop an individualized treatment plan that fits for their conditions
• Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
• Use of proper equipment in order to ease a patient’s pain and provide stimulation to promote healing
• Reviews daily clinical schedule and be able to anticipate treatment appropriately
• Ensures excellent patient care and patient service is always provided
• Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly
• Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process
• Diligent patient record entry/maintenance in EHR is required
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible hours (including nights and weekends)

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist program
• 1 year experience preferred in outpatient physical therapy clinic.
