Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans according to the standards set by the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies to improve function and recovery, stay informed and updated with the latest developments in physical therapy, and be an innovator in your practice.
• Objectively track patient progress and adjust care plans when needed in accordance with state-of-the-art documentation system.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and adhere to all HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
• Work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals from outside of our organization to deliver coordinated care in a hybrid in-network and OON model.
• Educate patients and their family members about their condition, promote long-term wellbeing, and help community members make sound medical decisions.
• Promote awareness of PT in our communities by contributing to the growth of our brand.

The Benefits:

• Compensation: $87,000 – $102,000 (based on experience)

The Person:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited school or approved by the World Congress of Physical Therapy, preferably with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed in New York State
• Empathetic, honest, motivated to contribute to others’ lives
• Confident in clinical decision-making and mastery of the profession
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn and coach
• Committed to lifelong development and a beginner’s mindset
• Excellent communicator, team-oriented
• Effective in prioritizing and managing time
