Job summary

Headway Services is the primary agency providing Physical Therapy services for the upcoming school year in District 21 in the areas of Coney Island, Brighton Beach, Gravesend, Sea Gate. Placement in public and charter schools is coordinated through our team.

We currently have full-time caseloads available throughout Brooklyn and would love the opportunity to have you join our team. If you have availability and are interested in taking on cases, NYS license is required, and a competitive salary

Qualifications

• Active NYS Physical Therapy license required.
• School-based pediatric PT experience preferred.
• Ability to manage full-time or part-time caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services in District 21 schools (Coney Island, Brighton Beach, Gravesend, Sea Gate).
• Coordinate care with school staff and families.
• Utilize the billing platform and document session notes.
