Physical Therapist

Salary: $84,000 - $111,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Sign-on bonuses available for full-time opportunities

Job Location: Opportunities at outpatient clinics in the five boroughs of New York City:

• 23-22 30th Avenue, Astoria, NY (Queens)
• 3202 Bainbridge Avenue, Bronx, NY (Bainbridge)
• 1250 Waters Place, Pelham Bay, Bronx, NY (Hutchinson Metro Center; Full-time PT and Part-time Ped PT opportunities; outpatient clinic inside a large medical office building. Parking on-site)
• 3611 East Tremont Avenue, Bronx, NY (East Tremont)
• 160 East 56th Street, NYC, NY (Midtown East)
• 1818 Newkirk Avenue, Brooklyn, NY (Ditmas Park)

Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Schedule to be discussed during interview.)

Responsibilities

You’ll achieve success by:

• Reviewing patients' medical history

• Providing excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person

• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns

• Developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes

• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury

• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in New York

• CPR and first aid certification required

• 2+ years of experience in outpatient ortho therapy preferred; open to new grads

• Familiarity with outpatient ortho conditions, including post-op cases
