Summary:

1. Experience in physical therapy is required.
2. Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.

Education and Experience

1. Education:Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required. Masters or Doctorate preferred.
2. Certification:Ohio Physical Therapist licensure is required.
3. Years of relevant experience: Minimum 3 years is preferred.
