Gotham Enterprises Ltd. seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic position in Winchester, Virginia. This full-time role involves evaluating patients, planning individualized rehab, and guiding progression from initial evaluation through recovery.

The successful candidate will work in an orthopedic outpatient setting with a typical pace of 1–2 patients per hour, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. A DPT/MSPT and current PT license are required.

Formación

• Current PT license
• DPT or MSPT degree
• Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience
• Familiarity with orthopedic rehabilitation

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and determine the main physical problems that need attention
• Establish treatment goals based on function and recovery needs
• Prescribe therapeutic exercises and activities
• Work with patients on mobility, stability, strength, and endurance
• Provide manual interventions when appropriate
• Determine when exercises should be advanced or changed
• Review patient progress against established goals
• Explain home programs in clear, practical terms
• Prepare patients for safe return to normal activity
• Complete required patient records

Orthopedic PT | Middletown, VA

We’re looking for a licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient experience for a full-time orthopedic position in Winchester, Virginia.

Role Overview

This role involves taking ownership of patient care from the initial evaluation through the later stages of rehabilitation. You’ll work with people whose injuries or orthopedic conditions have made it harder to work, exercise, move comfortably, or manage normal daily activities. Your clinical judgment will guide what happens next in their treatment rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine.

Pay

$100K–$110K/year, depending on experience

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Patient Pace

Approximately 1–2 patients per hour
